Eating disorders | Anorexia Recovery Discussion

I am just wondering if anyone has any advice or tips on how to pick yourself up when you feel like you're about to slip?
I have been recovering from anorexia for the last year, but I am still going through phases where I look at my body and think I need to lose some weight. I still see myself as being a lot bigger than what everyone else sees and sometimes it really upsets me; I get upset because I sometimes feel like I'm too fat and I need to do something about it.
